We're currently looking for an experienced Locksmith Tradesperson to join our team in Adelaide. We also have opportunities available in Sydney for the right candidates.

As a Locksmith Tradesperson, you'll work across a variety of residential, commercial and government sites, carrying out locksmith and security work to a high professional standard.

This is a hands-on, field-based role where you'll work independently while being supported by an experienced team. You'll build strong relationships with customers, solve problems in office, and represent One & Only Locksmiths with professionalism and pride.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:





- Attending locksmith service calls across residential and commercial properties
- Carrying out lockouts, rekeys, lock repairs and lock installations
- Installing and servicing electric strikes, mag locks, mortice locks and other locking systems
- Delivering outstanding customer service on every job
- Maintaining accurate job records and completing required documentation
- Working safely and complying with company policies and procedures
- Representing the business professionally while building strong client relationships

What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Qualified Locksmith (or equivalent recognised trade qualification)
- Previous experience in residential and commercial locksmithing
- Experience with electronic locking systems is highly regarded
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to continue learning and developing your skills
