Ø Support the daily operations of Distribution Centres (DC) and Delivery Stations (DS), ensuring effective and compliant logistics processes.
Ø Monitor operational KPIs, analyze performance data, identify process improvement opportunities, and support initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Ø Track key metrics including inventory accuracy, delivery performance, transportation costs, and warehouse productivity. Assist in resolving operational issues such as inventory discrepancies, parcel exceptions, and process deviations.
Ø Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Transportation, Customer Service, Procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution and timely issue resolution.
Ø Prepare operational reports and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making and continuous business improvement.
Ø Perform other operational and project-related duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
Ø Must have full Australian work rights—citizenship, PR, or valid visa. Open to recent graduates.
Background in Supply Chain Management is preferred.
Ø Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Mandarin.
Ø Proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools. Able to analyze, visualize, and interpret data.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or equivalent software is preferred.
Ø High level of responsibility and resilience. Strong communication, coordination, and initiative. Prior experience in logistics or related industries is an asset.
