Role Description The Logistics Coordinator / Supply Chain Analyst is a part time remote role responsible for supporting the operational flow of solar products and materials from suppliers to customer installations. Day-to-day tasks include tracking inventory levels, monitoring order status, coordinating shipments, and ensuring accurate documentation across internal systems.

This role works closely with project managers, customer service, and vendors to align delivery schedules with installation timelines and resolve logistical issues. The position also involves analyzing supply chain data to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve lead times, and support forecasting and planning. The coordinator will proactively communicate order updates, escalate delays or discrepancies, and contribute to process improvements that strengthen overall operational efficiency.

- Supply chain management skills to coordinate logistics, optimize processes, and maintain timely deliveries.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data analysis tools; familiarity with ERP or inventory systems is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Experience in logistics, operations, or renewable energy is an advantage; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
