Role Description This part-time remote Logistics Coordinator / Vendor Manager role at KF Steel is responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations and vendor relationships. The role includes coordinating shipments, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet production and customer requirements.

The individual will manage vendor communications, negotiate delivery schedules, and resolve issues related to orders, quality, or invoicing. Daily tasks involve maintaining accurate inventory and logistics records, updating internal systems, and collaborating with internal teams to improve supply chain efficiency. The role also supports continuous process improvements and assists with reporting on logistics performance and vendor service levels.

- Relevant experience in logistics, procurement, or vendor management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial materials.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and logistics or inventory software; familiarity with ERP systems is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
