Linfox is seeking an Operations Administrator for our Intermodal team in Chullora, NSW. This permanent full-time role supports transport operations and finance by handling invoicing, PODs, customer accounts and operational reporting, with a Monday–Friday schedule and adaptable start times between 8:00am and 9:00am. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, customers and subcontractors to resolve billing queries and maintain accurate records using Excel and transport management systems.
