Logistics & Operations

As part of Logistics, you orchestrate everything that enables engineering and racing to happen. You plan testing and race operations, coordinate transport and accommodation, handle shipping and customs, manage inventory and spares, and ensure regulatory compliance—from Europe to Australia and across 3000 km of outback.

What you willl do
- Arrange accommodation, visas, workshop facilities, rental cars and food for the whole team in Australia, optimizing costs where possible.
- Arrange transport for the car and equipment (container & flight case), to and from Australia.
- Prepare shipping documentation and manage the Carnet & customs; coordinate with freight forwarders.
- Book tracks/test sites and coordinate access, permits, and support services.
- Facilitate events.
