The Role
We’re looking for an organised, proactive and service-driven coordinator to support our Concierge and Client Experience teams. Working across both our Private Membership and Corporate Concierge divisions, you’ll help deliver exceptional experiences, manage premium client requests and support the delivery of luxury events and guest programmes. What you'll do Coordinate concierge requests, travel and luxury experiences
Support VIP guest management and premium events
Build relationships with leading hotels, restaurants, venues and suppliers
Research, source and deliver bespoke client solutions
Prepare client proposals, itineraries and presentations
Maintain CRM systems and support reporting
Help deliver an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint
