About the Internship

Are you passionate about luxury travel, destination weddings, hospitality, and creating unforgettable experiences?

This internship is designed for students and recent graduates looking to build a career in luxury travel, event management, tourism, hospitality, or customer experience.

Working alongside our Travel & Partnerships team, you'll learn how destination weddings are coordinated from a travel perspective—supporting guest journeys, researching luxury destinations, coordinating with venues and suppliers, and helping deliver exceptional experiences for couples and their guests.

This is a learning-focused internship where you'll gain exposure to real projects while developing valuable industry skills.

Key Responsibilities

Destination Research

- Research luxury destinations, resorts, and hotels

- Compare accommodation and travel options

- Prepare destination guides and travel recommendations

- Research local attractions and guest experiences

Guest Experience Support

- Assist with guest travel information

- Help organize travel documentation and itineraries

- Support guest communications

- Maintain accurate travel records

Wedding & Celebration Coordination

- Assist in coordinating destination wedding travel requirements

- Support planning for pre- and post-event experiences

- Help prepare travel recommendations for couples and guests

- Assist with administrative coordination

Supplier & Venue Support

- Research hotels, venues, and travel suppliers

- Maintain supplier databases

- Assist with partnership research

- Support communications with hospitality partners

Operations & Administration

- Update CRM systems and project trackers

- Organize travel documentation

- Assist with reporting and research projects

- Support the Travel & Partnerships team with day-to-day operations

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are excited about travel, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.

Ideal candidates are

- Currently studying or recently graduated in Tourism, Hospitality, Event Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- Passionate about luxury travel and destination weddings





- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Professional, proactive, and eager to learn

- Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment

- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities

- Interested in international travel and hospitality trends

Preferred Skills

- Strong Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills

- Research and organizational abilities

- Customer service mindset

- Problem-solving skills

- Excellent time management

- Interest in luxury hospitality and travel

- Familiarity with Canva or presentation tools is a bonus

- Additional languages are an advantage but not required
