Machine Operators + Forklift (Day, Afternoon & Night Shifts Available)
Talent Focus Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a leading food manufacturing company based in Dandenong. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established business that offers a supportive team setting and multiple shift options.
About the Role
Working in a fast-paced food production environment, you'll be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery while ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
- Set up, adjust and troubleshoot production equipment
- Perform quality checks throughout the production process
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
- Follow GMP, food safety and OH&S; procedures
- Assist with production line changeovers
- Manual handling and general production duties as required
- Operate forklifts to move raw materials and finished products when required
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience in machine operating or food production
- Current Forklift Licence (LF) - essential
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Full Australian working rights
- Experience working in a food manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of workplace safety and quality procedures
- Ability to work day, afternoon or night shifts
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
