- Lead projects from the centre - run standalone, consulting-style projects on the toughest commercial, organisational efficiency, and execution problems; and drive them through to implementation. Examples range across Commercial strategy, departmental efficiency, process redesign, AI, quick wins.
- Own the finance bridge and pipeline analytics - be the link between the Transformation Office and Corporate Finance. You will own initiative pipeline and sufficiency analytics to ensure delivery to our ambition, , run value pool analysis to open up recent areas of opportunity, and partner with the business to stand those initiatives up. You will safeguard the integrity of the numbers, including spot checks on key initiatives and their impacts.
- Partner and coach - set the bar for transformation and execution discipline,
work with a subset of workstreams to embed our program standards and the right behaviours, providing coaching, challenge, and support to the leaders and owners who deliver initiatives.
Across all three, you will sharpen the program itself - the tools, standards and routines that make the Transformation Office run effectively.
