ForHealth Group is seeking an experienced Rostering Coordinator to support Urgent Care Clinics across NSW and ACT. The role focuses on coordinating GP locum rosters, onboarding new doctors, workforce planning, and managing invoices in a busy healthcare workplace.

You will report to the Urgent Care Workforce Lead and balance multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and ensure rostering compliance. Weekend rostering occurs on a 1 in 3 cycle, with travel and accommodation arrangements as needed.
