Twin City Truck Centre, an award-winning Kenworth DAF dealership in Wodonga, is seeking a motivated and passionate Aftersales Product Support Manager to leading product support operations across the aftersales business, ensuring customers receive timely, effective, and high-quality technical support throughout the product lifecycle. The role is one of the most strategically important, rare and specialised roles within the business. This position serves as the vital link between our customers, products, service operations, and manufacturer support networks. The role directly influences customer retention, equipment uptime, product performance, brand reputation, and long-term business success.

Unlike many operational positions, the knowledge, relationships, technical expertise, and problem-solving capabilities held by the Aftersales Product Support Manager are highly specialised. The success of our customers often depends on their ability to rapidly resolve complex product issues, influence key stakeholders, and ensure customers achieve maximum value from their equipment investments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of world-class aftersales product support across all customer segments.

- Manage and resolve high-priority technical escalations that exceed standard service processes.

- Develop strong relationships with key customers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.

- Drive product reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction initiatives.

- Provide technical guidance and support to service managers, technicians, and field teams.

- Analyse equipment performance trends and proactively address recurring issues.





- Coordinate warranty, goodwill, and product improvement programs with manufacturers.

- Assist the Sales Department with new truck-related product issues and customer concerns.

- Support customer vehicle delivery processes by providing product expertise and technical assistance when required.

What we're looking for:

- Cummins/ PACCAR trained and/or at least 5 years technical experience as a qualified Heavy Diesel Technician

- Heavy Vehicle Licence

- Be able to undertake reasonable overtime to fully support customer base

- Ability to regular travel to support the product and customers in need

- Proactive and accountable person in communication and following through on commitments to customers
