We are looking for an energetic ITIL skilled program manager with a broad technology experience to join our team.
About the team
Worldline Service Australia (WSA) delivers end-to-end payment services and technology support to Worldline clients within the Australian market. Our team focuses on ensuring reliable payment processing, proactive service management, and a superior customer experience through robust operations, incident response, and continuous improvement.
Our Team
The Service Delivery function provides operational governance, customer engagement and IT Service Management capability for Worldline Service Australia. The team is responsible for ensuring payment services remain reliable, resilient and continuously improving through effective operational processes, customer governance and service assurance.
The Transition Program has been established to support Worldline Service Australia (WSA) through the transition to a new contract and operating model, while enabling the orderly transfer of the existing joint venture responsibilities back to ANZ. The program is accountable only for the WSA-controlled scope.ANZ will establish and manage its own target-state solutions, operating environment and migration activities through corresponding ANZ program and workstream leads.
WSA will provide the data, operational knowledge, documentation, technology separation activities and transition support required under the agreed arrangements. The program will also establish WSA's future operational capabilities, including corporate IT, a secure customer service portal and workflow automation across ServiceNow, Slack and Jira.
Your mission
Lead the WSA Transition Program and establish the program management discipline, governance and integrated delivery controls required to execute the separation and operating model transition. The role is accountable for coordinating all WSA workstreams, managing WSA obligations and dependencies, and ensuring that agreed data, documentation and operational transition deliverables are provided to ANZ accurately, securely and on schedule.
Day-to-day responsibilities
Program Leadership and Governance
Establish the WSA transition program structure, governance framework, delivery methodology and program management standards.
Develop and maintain an integrated program plan covering all WSA-controlled workstreams, milestones and dependencies.
Establish Steering Committee,
program leadership and workstream governance forums with clear terms of reference and reporting cadences.
Implement consistent management of risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, decisions, actions and change requests.
Produce accurate executive dashboards, status reports, milestone forecasts and decision papers.
Maintain traceability between contractual obligations, transition deliverables, acceptance criteria and program activities.
Coordinate resource planning, delivery priorities and cross-workstream dependencies.
Escalate material delivery, operational, security, data or contractual risks in a timely manner.
Establish a reusable program management discipline and governance model for future WSA initiatives.
WSA Corporate IT Establishment and Separation
Provide oversight to the Project Manager - Corporate IT responsible for establishing the WSA corporate technology environment.
Coordinate WSA activities covering identity and access management, end-user computing, collaboration platforms, corporate applications, connectivity and security tooling.
Ensure corporate IT services are operational, secure, supportable and ready before transition milestones.
Manage dependencies between corporate IT separation, user migration, access requirements and operational readiness.
Ensure relevant documentation, support arrangements, controls and ownership are in place before handover to business-as-usual operations.
Data Discovery and Transition
Provide leadership to the Data Transition Lead and Data Engineer responsible for discovering, understanding, extracting and presenting agreed data to ANZ.
Establish a structured discovery process to identify relevant data sources, data ownership, data lineage, retention requirements, security classifications and known data quality issues.
Coordinate the definition and agreement of datasets, file formats, delivery mechanisms, schedules, validation rules and acceptance evidence with ANZ counterparts.
Oversee data profiling, extraction, cleansing where agreed, validation, reconciliation and secure transfer activities.
Ensure delivered datasets are supported by appropriate data dictionaries, structural descriptions, control totals and reconciliation evidence.
Manage queries and clarification requests relating to the meaning, structure, provenance and quality of data supplied by WSA.
Ensure data handling complies with contractual, privacy, security, confidentiality and records-management obligations.
Maintain clear accountability boundaries between WSA data provision activities and ANZ target-state migration activities.
Who are we looking for
Extensive experience leading complex technology, separation, transition or operating model programs.
Demonstrated experience establishing program governance, integrated planning and delivery disciplines in an environment where these capabilities are not yet mature.
Proven ability to manage multiple interdependent workstreams across technology, data, operations and corporate functions.
Experience managing organisational boundaries where delivery responsibilities are shared between separate companies or counterpart programs.
Strong understanding of data transition, data governance, secure data handling and reconciliation controls.
Experience overseeing corporate IT establishment or separation activities.
Experience delivering operational readiness, service transition and business-as-usual handover.
Excellent executive reporting, stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, discover hidden complexity and convert uncertain requirements into structured delivery plans.
Experience operating in regulated, security-sensitive or customer-data-intensive environments.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in information technology, business, engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent senior skilled experience.
Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
Agile, SAFe or equivalent delivery certification.
ITIL Foundation or higher.
Data governance, privacy, security or risk management certification.
