Key Responsibilities

- Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to all safety protocols, perform pre-operational check on equipment, and report any mechanical issues or damage immediately.
- Material Handling: Operate both high reach and counterbalance forklifts to load/unload trailers, move materials to racking, pick and stage orders for shipment.
- Inventory Control: Use RF scanners to accurately pick, pack, and document stock movements in the warehouse management system.
- Warehouse Efficiency: Ensure aisles are explicit, inventory is stacked properly, and workspaces are kept tidy.
- Order Fulfillment: Assist with picking and packing orders, as well as checking shipments for damages and accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- License: Valid forklift license/certification
- Experience: Previous warehouse or forklift experience (1+ years).
- Technical Skills: Proficient with RF scanners and basic computer systems.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced warehouse environments.
