Job Description

Wyer & Co are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect/ Designer to join their growing team in Botany, NSW. This role will involve managing projects from concept design through to documentation and construction support, working closely with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional landscape outcomes.

- Prepare landscape concept designs, council submission plans (DA, CC, CDC), and construction documentation.
- Manage projects through all stages of delivery, including design, planning, documentation, and implementation.
- Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
- Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and documentation requirements.
- Conduct site assessments and research site constraints and opportunities.
- Assist with planning application processes and consultant coordination.




- Oversee design implementation to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with approved plans.
- Mentor and support graduate and junior design team members.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and client correspondence.

Skills & Experience

- Qualifications in Landscape Architecture or Landscape Design
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a design office
- Proficiency in Vectorworks (preferred) or AutoCAD
- Strong plant knowledge, including natives
- Familiarity with council and building regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, problem solving ability, and project prioritization skills
- Team oriented mindset with a cooperative approach

Salary range is $75,000 - $95,000 pa commensurate with experience. Fulltime Position available Applications open on 4th August 2026 and closes on 4th September 2026
