Our client, based in Lidcombe, is a leading food manufacturer producing fresh ready-to-eat meals, salads, soups, fruit products, and convenience foods supplied to major Australian retailers.

- Morning and afternoon shifts available
- Morning shift start times between 5:00am - 7:00am
- Afternoon shift start times between 1:00pm - 4:00pm
- 5-6 days per week, Monday to Saturday
- Chilled work environment (1-4°C)
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive manual tasks

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor food production machinery safely and efficiently
- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipment during operation
- Produce a variety of fresh food products including ready-made salads, soups, fruit products, and convenience meals
- Complete routine quality checks to ensure products meet food safety and customer standards
- Maintain production records and complete required documentation
- Assist with machine changeovers and basic cleaning between production runs
- Report machine faults or maintenance issues to supervisors
- Follow GMP, HACCP, food safety, and workplace health and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organised production area

What We're Looking For

- Previous machine operating experience is ESSENTIAL
- Experience operating machinery within a food manufacturing environment is highly preferred
- Full Australian working rights
- Willing to work 10-12 hour shifts when required




- Ability to provide proof of work rights (Australian Passport, Australian Birth Certificate, or evidence of unrestricted Australian work rights)
- Own reliable transport due to limited public transport access
- Understanding of GMP, food safety, and hygiene standards
- Comfortable working in a chilled environment while wearing PPE provided
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
- Available to work 5-6 shifts per week
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
