We have an exciting prospect for motivated Retail Store Managers to join our dynamic team.

The Store Manager will be responsible for providing clients with the best possible customer service, from our showroom greeting to executing perfect after sales service. Our Manager will do this by focusing on their team members, to ensure that they offer them the leadership and support to meet weekly and monthly KPI’s.

They are ultimately responsible for representing the business with the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, and service. The other major area of focus is installation. The Manager is responsible for making sure product is ordered, supplied and installed to the highest standards. The full range of functional responsibility areas as detailed below.

Key Skills And Qualifications

- A passion for exceptional customer service
- Experience building relationships with people using a consultative approach.
- The ability to confidently follow-up sales inquiries until the sale is closed.
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
- Knowledge of the administrative duties required in a sales showroom.
- Confidence using and managing a CRM system.
- Exceptional time management skills and high attention to detail.
- Immaculate professional presentation.
