About the Role

The HSEQ Coordinator is responsible for coordinating Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) functions across SRO Technology and Enwise Electrical & Refrigeration.

This role supports the effective implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the integrated HSEQ Management System, including administration of SafetyCulture, compliance with ISO standards, and support to operational teams.

Working closely with employees, operational leaders and stakeholders across both businesses, this role plays an key part in supporting a safe, compliant and continuously improving workplace.

Key Responsibilities

HSEQ System Management

- Maintain and continuously improve the integrated HSEQ Management System aligned with ISO 9001, ISO45001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
- Ensure policies, procedures, and registers are current, controlled and accessible.
- Support document control processes and system governance.
- Monitor system effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

SafetyCulture Administration

- Administer the SafetyCulture platform including inspections, templates, and reporting.
- Track issues and corrective actions.
- Maintain system structure and data quality.
- Support rollout, adoption, and training across the business.

Incident & Risk Coordination

- Coordinate incident reporting processes and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with root cause analysis and ensure close-out of corrective actions.
- Maintain hazard, risk, and incident registers.

Audits & Compliance





- Schedule and coordinate internal and external audits.
- Track audit findings and support the timely completion of corrective actions.
- Support ISO certification and client compliance obligations.

Fleet & Equipment Coordination

- Coordinate fleet compliance activities, including inspections and servicing schedules.
- Assist operational teams in meeting client and mine site requirements.
- Maintain fleet registers and associated documentation.
- Assist with lodging and tracking vehicle insurance claims and repairs.

Training & Inductions

- Coordinate HSEQ inductions and onboarding requirements.
- Coordinate HSEQ training records and support training compliance requirements.
- Support toolbox talks and safety awareness initiatives.

Operational Support

- Provide HSEQ support to operational teams.
- Conduct site visits and inspections as required.
- Support contractor compliance activities.

Reporting

- Prepare monthly HSEQ reports.
- Track key performance indicators and performance trends.
- Support management reviews and reporting requirements.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Experience in a HSEQ, WHS, compliance or similar coordination role.
- Working knowledge of ISO management systems (preferred).
- Experience using SafetyCulture or similar management software (desirable).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (preferred).
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Must be willing to undergo a National Police Check prior to commencement and as required during employment.
