Located in the heart of Sydney's CBD, Shell House is a renowned multi-level hospitality venue celebrated for its sophisticated dining, vibrant atmosphere, and exceptional guest experiences.

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Waitstaff to join our front-of-house team and contribute to delivering outstanding service in one of Sydney's premier dining destinations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner.
- Present menus, explain menu items, and provide food and beverage recommendations.
- Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Monitor tables and respond efficiently to guests' requests and enquiries.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables to maintain a welcoming dining environment.
- Process customer payments accurately using the POS system.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas and service stations.
- Comply with food safety, hygiene, RSA, and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Assist with opening, closing, and other front-of-house duties as required.

Selection Criteria:

- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality venue is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Adaptable availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Permanent Full Time role with $75000 - $80000 (plus super)
