Salary: $74,000 to $80,000 + 12% Superannuation

Bombay Pavilion is an iconic fine dining restaurant located in Bungendore serving Indian cuisine and are looking for a full time Waiter/Waitress (Food and Beverage Attendant) to work 38 hours per week.

We are looking for a Food and Beverage Attendant join our team in Bungendore. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1-year full time work experience in their relevant occupation.

The Candidate should be passionate about hospitality and prepared to deliver exceptional customer service. We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team.

About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for providing outstanding service, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals and drinks, and ensuring our venue maintains high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Duties and Responsibilities




• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve meals and drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring correct presentation and service standards.
• Clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and maintaining cleanliness and order.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Prepare customer bills, process payments, and handle cash or electronic transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout service areas
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams

Qualifications:
• Certificate III in Hospitality preferred but not essential

Skills and other requirements for the position:
• Have a minimum of 1-year full-time work experience in the relevant role.
• Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service for a minimum one-year period.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
