Supply Specialist (12-Month Maternity Leave Contract)

Location: Botany, Sydney
Reporting to: Operations Manager

We are seeking an organised and proactive Supply Specialist to support our supply chain operations during a 12-month maternity leave contract. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager and working closely with the Sales & Marketing team, this role will help ensure smooth order fulfilment, accurate reporting and effective coordination across the business.

The role will focus on managing indent orders and shipments, supporting customer and project requirements, maintaining SAP data accuracy and providing reporting insights to support business decisions.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining supply chain coordination, administration, data management and stakeholder support within a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and manage direct indent orders, including creating sales and purchase orders in SAP Business One and ensuring accuracy of pricing, quantities and shipping details.
- Monitor factory shipments, follow up on shipping documentation for customs clearance and maintain accurate order status updates.
- Liaise with local and international suppliers to support timely order fulfilment and resolve supply-related queries.
- Support customer enquiries and provide logistics, delivery and backorder assistance in collaboration with internal teams.
- Assist with project administration activities, including quotations, documentation,



reporting and maintaining project records.
- Prepare reports and insights using SAP Business One, Excel and Power BI to support business decisions and performance tracking.
- Maintain accurate product, customer and pricing information within SAP Business One, supporting data quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide general operational and administrative support to assist business priorities as required.
- Support broader sustainability and operational improvement programs across the business.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, customer service, administration, or a similar operational support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Confidence working with systems, data and reporting tools, including Excel and ERP platforms.
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, master data management or project support will be highly regarded.
