Maintenance Fitter- Permanent Day Shift We're partnering with a well established manufacturer that's looking for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join their team in a permanent day shift role.

This isn't a job where you'll be stuck doing the same thing every day. You'll be hands-on with breakdowns, preventative maintenance, machinery upgrades and precision machining, playing a key role in keeping production running smoothly.

What you'll be doing

- Preventative and breakdown maintenance
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
- Machinery installations and upgrades
- Operating manual lathes and mills to manufacture, repair and modify components




- Mechanical fitting and light fabrication
- Contributing to continuous improvement projects

What you'll bring

- Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical (essential)
- Experience operating manual lathes and mills (essential)
- Strong background maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment
- Excellent mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- A robust commitment to safety and quality
