Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Plumber role based in the Greater Brisbane Area.

The Maintenance

Plumber will perform reactive and preventative plumbing maintenance across commercial and industrial sites, including diagnosing issues, repairing and replacing pipes, fixtures, valves, and related equipment. Daily responsibilities include attending scheduled and urgent call-outs, conducting inspections, testing systems for leaks and blockages, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and safety procedures.



The role involves working with tools and equipment such as jetting and CCTV systems, pump systems, and backflow and TMV devices where required.

The Maintenance

Plumber will also communicate clearly with clients and internal coordinators, provide accurate job documentation, and contribute to a professional, customer-focused service delivery.

Qualifications Strong plumbing skills, including installation, diagnostics, and fault finding in commercial and industrial environments.

Experience with pipes and associated systems, including repairs, replacements, and maintenance of drainage, water, and sewer infrastructure.

Proficiency in maintenance and repair activities, including preventative maintenance programs and reactive service work.

Demonstrated customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and maintain skilled client relationships.

Valid plumbing trade qualification and current plumbing license (or eligibility to obtain), with knowledge of Australian standards and local regulations.

Commitment to safety practices, including adherence to OH&S; requirements and safe use of tools and equipment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and reliability for on-site work across the Greater Brisbane Area.

Current driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple sites;

experience in facilities maintenance or commercial property environments is an advantage.
