Alinea’s operations include a wide range of services in Aged Care & Retirement Living, Supported Employment, Home Care Support and Recreation Services. We are seeking a Maintenance Person who is professional, well groomed, and passionate about what they do. Our ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role and will be able to work well in a team and individually. We are looking for someone who has a passion to provide a personalised customer service experience whilst taking pride in the work they carry out

Key duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

- Actively working to carry out a variety of maintenance tasks around the facility




- Control of the repair and routine maintenance of plant and equipment in accordance with maintenance plans, warranties, preventative maintenance schedules, and safety standards.
- Operation and maintenance of hand and power tools and workshop machinery;
- Safety Management

Skills and Knowledge:

- Have good physical fitness to undertake manual labour
- Be committed, reliable and hardworking
- Be able to follow directions and work under limited supervision
- Good communication skills and able to work in a team
- Driver’s License
- A current police check or the ability to obtain.
- Proof of the right to work lawfully in Australia
