Overview

NSW Department of Education, a role to educate and inspire lifelong learners across early childhood to vocational education. The Manager, Analytics Delivery will lead end‑to‑end delivery of data products, analytics solutions, and strategic initiatives that deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary teams, influence senior stakeholders, remove delivery barriers, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organisational priorities. Combine robust project and program management capabilities with stakeholder leadership to drive the successful delivery of complex, cross‑functional data initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams spanning data engineering, analytics, visualisation, testing, architecture, and business stakeholders to drive end‑to‑end data product delivery
- Track record of leading enterprise‑wide data, analytics, business intelligence, or digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business outcomes
- Working knowledge of Azure Data Lake platform, SQL Data Warehouse, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric, including data ingestion, storage, and visualisation capabilities
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, master data management, and compliance requirements to ensure secure, high‑quality analytics solutions
- Experience in risk manage
