Due to sustained growth and new project demands, they are seeking a highly capable Field Service Representative to join their specialist support team.

The Role:

As the Field Service Representative, you will be the in office technical authority managing the health, maintenance, and operational readiness of advanced C4I (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence) and surveillance platforms.

This is a highly autonomous, field-based position requiring travel to various client sites and remote locations. You will act as the crucial link between the engineering team and the end-user, ensuring maximum system availability and fostering strong client relationships on the ground.
