As we continue to grow and explore global opportunities, we have an exciting opportunity for a full time Site Support Specialist to join our team. This role works on a rotating roster basis - shifts are across Monday to Saturday, 8am through 8pm. The site support team also share an on call function from 8pm to 11pm Fri/Sat, and Sunday 8am to 11pm.

This role is an important member of the team responsible for the efficient operation of our global central laboratory and clinical organisation. The position will appeal to professionals with a strong customer focus.

The Opportunity

- Acts as a point of contact at Sonic Clinical Trials client support services.




- Liaises with study site personnel, monitors and sponsors for ongoing support throughout study setup and maintenance.
- Responsible for the complete operation of assigned studies from client support,kit resupply, kit production and shipping through to result reporting.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting
- Time management and organisational skills
- Strong Microsoft applications skills
- Commitment to high quality work and customer service
- Self-motivated, with a high attention to detail, ability to be adaptable, and a willingness to display initiative
- Experience in a customer support role within the pathology, health or clinical trials industry an advantage

The role is based within our dynamic team environment at our Macquarie Park Head Office.
