The Role:

Join our Brisbane Maintenance Team in a full-time role as a Trade Assistant providing support to our Tradesman based at Windsor. As a part of the team, you will be focused on ensuring our concrete plants are maintained to the highest standard.



The role is ideal for a motivated and driven individual that is looking to break into construction industry and has a passion for learning in a collaborative and supportive team.

What you'll be doing:

- Assisting trades with repairs, maintenance and fabrication work
- Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Basic assembly, grinding, cutting and general mechanical tasks
- Keeping the workshop tidy and organised
- Supporting production and workshop staff as needed

What we're looking for:

- Previous TA or workshop experience (engineering or mechanical preferred)
- Confident using basic tools and machinery
- Physically fit and safety-conscious
- Reliable, punctual and a valuable team player
