Client management and Candidate sourcing consultant

We are currently seeking aClient relationship and Candidate sourcing consultant on a permanent full time basis, working Monday to Friday

Do you love communicating with a wide variety of people? Enjoy the challenge of hunting for niche skill sets, and collaborating with professionals through their career journey? Do you have an eye for detail, coordination, and are tech savvy?

The responsibilities of this position include:

- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients
- Posting job advertismentsonline
- Phone screening, shortlisting and arrange interviews
- Cold Calling existing database of candidates/members
- Conducting reference checks and coordinating offers
- Data entry, management, and maintenance of the candidate information system within CRM
- Developing talent pipelines and maintaining industry market knowledge




- Adapt as required and display resilience in a changing work environment;

This role will suit someone with proven experience in candidate sourcing and recruitment coordination, either in an agency or in-house environment. You will have exceptional time management, organisational skills, and communication capability to engage candidates to ensure a smooth pathway through our hiring process. You will have a bright and energised personality and a natural passion for getting the win!
