Alto Wollongong is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Trainee / Assistant Service Advisor to join our growing Service Department, supporting our popular MG and Nissan franchises.

About the Role

As a Trainee / Assistant Service Advisor, you'll work closely with our experienced Service Advisors and Service Manager to ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection.

You'll learn all aspects of dealership service operations, including:

- Greeting customers and assisting with service bookings

- Understanding customer vehicle concerns and requirements

- Liaising with technicians and the workshop team

- Communicating service updates and recommendations

- Preparing service documentation and invoices

- Assisting with customer collection and vehicle handover

- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

- Supporting the day-to-day administration of the service department

What We're Looking For





The ideal candidate will have:

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent customer service skills

- Good computer literacy and administration abilities

- Strong attention to detail

- A skilled presentation

- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

- A current driver's licence

Automotive experience is not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
