We are seeking a Food Packaging Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Condell Park, NSW on a casual basis with regular, ongoing hours. In this role, you will operate our food packaging machinery, manage batching and hopper filling, and complete work orders through our digital tablet system. This is a long‑term position with genuine opportunities for growth as our business continues to expand.

This role involves working with several food allergens, including tree nuts and gluten. If you have any sort of food allergy, this job will not be suitable.
What you'll be doing
- Operating food packaging machinery to produce high-quality finished product
- Batching and filling hoppers accurately in line with production requirements
- Completing work orders and production records via our tablet-based system
- Conducting basic quality checks throughout the packaging process
- Maintaining a clean, secure, and organised work area in line with food safety standards
- Following GMP and HACCP procedures at all times
- Assisting with forklift duties where required (training provided)
What we're looking for
- Must be fit and able to work on your feet for full shifts, including regular lifting
- Comfortable using technology and touchscreen/tablet systems
- No food allergies (see warning above)
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or packaging is highly regarded
- Forklift licence is a bonus but not essential - training provided on-site
- Fluent in reading and writing English
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
