- Support labour hire reporting, financial compliance and audit requirements.
- Oversee end-to-end weekly payroll processing across multiple entities.
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately in accordance with Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
- Maintain payroll records and manage annual Fair Work and legislative updates.
- Provide guidance and support to members of the finance team across payroll and accounts functions.

You enjoy working across a broad finance function and are comfortable taking responsibility for payroll as part of a wider financial role.
To be successful, you'll ideally have:
- Experience in a finance, accounting or assistant accountant position with responsibility for reconciliations, month-end processing and financial reporting.
- Experience processing payroll or overseeing payroll functions within a medium-sized organisation.
- Knowledge of payroll tax, superannuation, BAS and statutory reporting obligations.
- Strong reconciliation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise competing deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Experience using MYOB, Xero and FastTrack360 will be highly regarded.
Professional accounting qualifications or studies (Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping, Diploma of Accounting, Bachelor of Accounting or CPA/CA studies) will be viewed favourably.
Why Join Us?
We're a down-to-earth team that works hard, supports one another and values people who take initiative and enjoy improving the way things are done. When you join our team, you'll enjoy:
- A modern office in Noble Park North with free onsite parking.
- Complimentary tea, coffee and snacks.
- A genuinely wide-ranging finance role with exposure across accounting, payroll, compliance and business operations.
