- Run the CEO's calendar, travel and inbox triage with real authority to decide what matters
- Prepare board packs, meeting agendas and follow-up actions - and chase them to done
- Coordinate across teams, customers and external partners
- Spot the thing about to fall through the cracks and catch it first.
