Supporting a team of 15 successful Sales Agents, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring every sales campaign runs seamlessly from listing through to settlement. Working with premium properties in a fast-paced environment, you'll enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same.

The Role
- Prepare and manage sales contracts, listing documentation and compliance paperwork
- Coordinate sales files from listing through to settlement
- Liaise with solicitors, buyers,
sellers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
- Coordinate property marketing campaigns and online listing uploads
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage buyer and vendor communications
- Prepare vendor reports and sales activity updates
- Support open homes, buyer enquiries and follow-up communication
- Manage agent calendars, appointments and general administration
- Produce appraisal kits, listing presentations and proposals
- Coordinate key contract dates, inspections and settlement requirements
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
About You
- Previous experience in a Real Estate Sales Administration, Contracts Administration or similar role is highly regarded
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate (or willingness to obtain) is advantageous
- Well-presented, proactive and highly organised
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Confident communicator with a customer-first approach
- Able to work in a quick-paced environment while managing competing priorities
