As Manager – Growth, Marketing & Strategic Partnerships , you'll be responsible for identifying and securing opportunities that grow BGT's impact, reputation and commercial sustainability. You'll work across every part of the organisation, bringing together strategic thinking, business development, marketing, communications and stakeholder engagement to create new opportunities that benefit our business and the communities we serve.

Working alongside our leadership team, you'll identify new markets, develop commercial opportunities, build strategic partnerships and strengthen relationships with employers, government, industry and community organisations. You'll prepare business cases, evaluate new initiatives and help shape the future direction of BGT through informed market intelligence and innovative thinking.

You'll also provide leadership across BGT's marketing and communications,



ensuring our brand reflects the breadth and quality of our services while supporting lead generation, stakeholder engagement and organisational growth. Rather than simply promoting what we do, you'll help influence where we're going next.

What you'll bring

We're looking for a commercially minded professional who enjoys creating opportunities, building strong relationships and thinking strategically. To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

- Demonstrated experience in business development, commercial growth, strategic partnerships or a similar role.
- Experience developing and delivering marketing and communications initiatives that support organisational growth.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across industry, government and community sectors.
- Commercial acumen, including the ability to identify opportunities, develop business cases and evaluate new initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Solid organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
- A collaborative approach and a passion for making a positive impact within regional communities.
