Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 + Super (Negotiable based on experience)

Vectura Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Consultant and a Manager to join a boutique supply chain, procurement and operations consulting practice's growing Melbourne team. Working across both government and commercial engagements, you will lead project teams, manage key client relationships and play a hands on role in business development and solution design for a diverse client base.

This is a genuine ground floor prospect within a firm built on long term career development and direct access to Partners and senior leadership, rather than a high turnover, up or out consulting model.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead delivery of consulting engagements across government and commercial clients, taking ownership of project outcomes.
- Manage and mentor consulting teams across multiple concurrent engagements.
- Apply data and quantitative analysis to solve complex supply chain, procurement and operations challenges.
- Lead solution design and business case development for client engagements.
- Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Support business development activities, including proposal writing and pitching for new work.
- Oversee implementation of recommendations and change management for client organisations.
- Contribute to internal capability building,



including mentoring junior consultants.
- Collaborate closely with Partners and senior leadership on strategic client initiatives.
- Contribute to research and thought leadership content across the supply chain sector.

Skills & Experience

- 3 + years' experience in a professional services, supply chain, procurement or operations consulting environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and teams, with strong client management skills.
- Strong data and quantitative analysis capability, with experience translating insights into practical recommendations.
- Proven track record in solution design, business case development and stakeholder engagement.
- Genuine motivation to build a long term career in consulting, with the attitude and drive to develop others.
