The Opportunity

As our Deals Advisory practice continues to grow, we are seeking experienced and commercially minded Transaction Services Manager's and Senior Manager's to join our high-performing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced Directors and Partners, providing financial due diligence and transaction advisory services on a broad range of acquisitions, investments, divestments, and capital transactions. You will partner with private equity investors, corporate acquirers, and privately owned businesses, helping them make informed decisions at critical moments in their growth journey.

As a Manager, you will take ownership of engagements from planning through to delivery, lead client relationships, and play a key role in developing our next generation of talent. You'll be exposed to complex and varied transactions while building your leadership capabilities within a cooperative, entrepreneurial, and quick-growing firm.

What you will do:

- Lead the delivery of financial due diligence engagements, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest professional standards.
- Analyse and assess key transaction drivers, including quality of earnings, working capital requirements, cash flow trends, and transaction risks.
- Partner with Directors and Partners to provide strategic insights and recommendations that support successful deal outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the transaction process.
- Manage multiple engagements simultaneously while maintaining exceptional service and delivery standards.
- Mentor, coach, and support junior team members, fostering both technical excellence and professional development.




- Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying opportunities to expand client relationships and service offerings.
- Assist in the continued growth and success of the Deals Advisory practice.

What you will bring:

- Approximately 5–8 years' experience in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, Deals Advisory, or a related field.
- Experience gained within a leading advisory, accounting, or professional services firm.
- Strong technical expertise in financial analysis, due diligence, and transaction-related reporting.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timeframes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- A collaborative leadership style with a genuine passion for mentoring and developing others.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, or equivalent.
