What We're Looking For

We're looking for hospitality leaders who are passionate about great service, building strong teams and creating memorable guest experiences.

You'll ideally bring

- Previous leadership experience in a pub or fast-paced hospitality workplace
- Strong food, beverage and gaming knowledge, where applicable
- The ability to lead, coach and motivate a team
- A hands-on approach with excellent communication skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and other relevant licences required for the role
