We are currently seeking dedicated hospitality professionals to join our team in the following roles:

Positions Available

- Senior Waitstaff
- Restaurant Supervisors
- Restaurant Managers
- Experienced Sommeliers

About You We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Essential Requirements

- Proven experience in a busy, high-volume restaurant.
- Strong food, beverage, and wine service knowledge.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Professional presentation and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

For Experienced Sommeliers

- Demonstrated experience as a Sommelier in a premium dining environment.
- Extensive knowledge of Italian and international wines, regions, varietals, and food pairings.
- WSET certification or equivalent is highly regarded.




- Confidence in delivering exceptional wine service and engaging guests with recommendations.
- Experience managing wine lists, cellar inventory, and supplier relationships is an advantage.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences through wine.

For Supervisor & Manager Roles

- Demonstrated leadership experience within a restaurant environment.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team while maintaining high service standards.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
