As the organisation continues to expand, they are seeking a commercially minded Corporate Lawyer to join their APAC Legal team and play a key role in supporting strategic business initiatives.

About the Role.

Reporting to the Legal team, you will provide practical legal advice across a broad range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, supporting commercial transactions, business growth, compliance, and risk management in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities

⚖️ Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including:

- Technology agreements
- Supplier agreements
- Partnership agreements
- Service agreements
- Confidentiality agreements

⚖️ Provide practical legal advice on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and operational matters. ⚖️ Support strategic business initiatives, commercial projects, partnerships, and new product launches.

⚖️ Identify legal risks and provide commercially practical solutions.

⚖️ Assist with compliance, governance, regulatory matters, and dispute management.

⚖️ Develop and maintain legal templates, policies, and governance frameworks.





⚖️ Partner closely with internal stakeholders across Operations, Product, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Risk & Compliance.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

✔️ Admission to practise law in Australia.

✔️ Minimum 2 years' experience gained within a reputable law firm, an in-house legal team, or a combination of both in Australia.

✔️ Solid experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.

✔️ Sound knowledge of Australian corporate and commercial law.

✔️ Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

✔️ A commercial mindset with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives.

✔️ The ability to manage multiple priorities within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

✔️ Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
