Metalform Industries is a locally owned and operated Fabrication and CNC Machining Company located in Rathmines Industrial Estate.
Due to continued growth and increasing demand, we're looking to add two experienced Machinists to our team — a CNC Machinist and a Manual Machinist.
CNC Machinist
About the Role
- Operating and programming CNC machines
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Working with a variety of materials to produce high-quality components
- Ensuring precision and efficiency in all machining processes
- Collaborating with the workshop team to meet production deadlines
- Conducting thorough quality inspections to ensure products meet stringent specifications
Manual Machinist
About the Role
- Operating manual lathes and mills
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Working with a variety of materials to produce high-quality components
- Ensuring precision and efficiency in all machining processes
- Conducting thorough quality inspections to meet strict specifications
- Collaborating with the workshop team to meet production deadlines
What We're Looking For
- Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical Trade) or equivalent experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience with Fanuc & Heidenhain or similar controls (CNC Machinist)
- Experience in Mastercam (preferred but not essential)
- High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment lung and hearing test
