Manufacturing Improvement Lead, Edinburgh, South Australia. Some people follow processes. Others improve them.

Working alongside experienced manufacturing leaders and production teams, you will gain hands-on experience in a high-performing manufacturing operation while leading improvement projects, solving real operational challenges, and building your capability for a long-term career with CMTP.

What you'll be doing:

As our Manufacturing Improvement Lead, you will work across our site to improve how we operate, support our people and turn good ideas into practical improvements by:

- Leading continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
- Analysing production performance and identifying improvement opportunities
- Solving operational challenges using data and practical problem-solving
- Improving workflow, efficiency and labour productivity
- Working closely with production teams to reduce downtime
- Supporting safety, quality and operational excellence
- Coaching and developing production employees
- Leading improvement projects from concept through to implementation

No two days will be the same, and you will have genuine ownership of projects that create a real difference in the performance of our manufacturing operations.

Qualifications or experience in any of the following would be highly regarded:

- Process, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering Studies
- Business or Management studies
- Leadership and Safety experience
- Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing experience

- A passion for continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and leadership potential
- Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn
