- Lead daily line performance (Safety, Quality, OEE, Yield)
- Coach & develop frontline leaders (60+ direct team)
- Drive site safety culture & compliance initiatives
- Identify & deliver CI and cost improvement projects
- Partner with Quality, Safety & Ops on key priorities
- Execute site operations plan & performance targets
