We're recruiting a Manufacturing Operator for our bird seed production team. You'll be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment—mixers, weighers, bagging lines—and working as part of a 2-3 person team. The role requires someone who understands production processes, can monitor equipment performance, and takes quality and safety seriously.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Operate production equipment and ensure it runs reliably throughout the shift
- Prepare and load materials according to production schedules
- Monitor processes and report any equipment issues promptly
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Follow established procedures and quality standards
- Work with the team to meet daily production targets
