Neurodiverse Playhouse is a growing, neuroaffirming allied health practice supporting neurodivergent children and their families through Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Podiatry, Primitive Reflex Integration and holistic, child-led care.
We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and creative AI & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join us in the Playhouse for a short-term project. This role will focus on bringing our large library of marketing content to life using AI, video and social media.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with the latest technology and wants to create meaningful content that helps families find the right support.
There is strong potential for this role to continue beyond the initial contract as our marketing continues to grow.
About the Role
Working closely with our Clinical Director, you'll be responsible for publishing and creating engaging content across multiple digital platforms.
A key part of this role is producing high-quality AI videos using HeyGen, so previous experience with the platform is highly desirable.
Your responsibilities will include
- Uploading and scheduling Google Business Profile posts
- Publishing Facebook and Instagram content
- Creating and scheduling marketing emails
- Producing AI avatar videos using HeyGen from supplied scripts
- Assisting with video editing and content formatting
- Organising and maintaining our digital content library
- Creating simple graphics and marketing assets in Canva
- Ensuring all content aligns with the Neurodiverse Playhouse brand
- Capturing occasional photos and short videos around the Playhouse for future marketing
- Assisting with other marketing and content projects as required
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has hands-on experience using HeyGen (highly desirable)
- Is confident using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve workflow
- Has experience managing social media platforms
- Has excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Is organised, productive and able to work independently
- Enjoys creating engaging digital content
- Is comfortable learning new software quickly
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
Bonus Skills Experience with any of the following would be highly regarded:
- Canva
- Meta Business Suite
- Google Business Profile
- Mailchimp or similar email marketing software
- Video editing
- SEO and content marketing
- Website Management
- Allied health, healthcare or disability sector marketing

Contract Details
- Initial short-term part time contract (approximately 4–8 weeks)
- Based onsite at our Spring Hill Playhouse
- Casual or contract arrangement available
- Flexible hours across weekdays
- For this role we would prefer if you brought your own computer to ensure you are familiar with the programs that you use to be efficient
