Five Positive Friends Australia is seeking a warm, reliable Home Care Support Worker to assist Members in Victor Harbor and surrounding areas.

You will visit 3–4 Members daily, delivering hands‑on domestic assistance and community support to help maintain independence and wellbeing, while working 22.8 hours per week across Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (9am–5pm). This role emphasises compassionate care, practical help, and building trusting relationships within the local community.
