We're looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join a high-performing team supporting critical enterprise platforms. If you're passionate about automation, reliability, cloud technologies, and production excellence, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of production systems
- Design and enhance observability using Grafana and enterprise monitoring tools
- Define and manage SLIs, SLOs & SLAs
- Lead production incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Automate operational processes and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve platform resilience and customer experience.
- Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Platform Engineer
- Solid troubleshooting and production support experience
- Hands-on expertise with cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes
- Passion for automation, monitoring, and operational excellence
