About The Role

As Assistant Store Manager, your main responsibilities will be to work closely with your team across the following areas:

- Sales and Customer Service
- Visual Merchandising
- Inventory Management
- Working 37.5 hours per week
- Chance to step up into the Store Manager role in your absence

About You

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, energetic, and understands and lives our culture of diversity, fun, and family. The following attributes, skills and qualifications will contribute to your success in the role:





- You enjoy and regularly participate in outdoor activities such as hiking, climbing, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, running, camping, and travel.
- Retail Certificate an advantage but not essential.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role or 2-3 years experience in a retail sales role.
- Computer literate.
- Able to lead a dynamic team environment with strong leadership skills.
