Brook Street is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to join a team in Manchester, supporting children aged 8-17 with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties in a residential setting. You will lead shifts, promote independence, and safeguard welfare while guiding staff in daily operations.

You must have Level 3 in Children & Young Persons Workforce and demonstrate robust leadership and safeguarding. The role offers a Real Living Wage, £3,000 welcome bonus, Christmas bonus, discounts, training
