Job Description

Location: CBD Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 + superannuation

Immediate Start Company: Commercial Builder with a diverse portfolio of builds across Commercial, Residential, Health and more! This builder is best known for their projects ranging from $50m - $400m+ across the country, with a focus on bringing on experienced operators to diversify their business. You will be working on any of their Residential/ Commercial projects that are coming through, values from $110m to $400m, across any of their CBD Fringe sites.

Responsibilities: You will be employed as a Senior Site Supervisor, managing structures, services, internals and facades on large commercial residential builds. You will be responsible for the following: Manage commercial construction sites from ground-break to final handover.

Keep projects secure, on time, on budget, and built to spec. Coordinate daily trade schedules, material deliveries, and subcontractor workflows. Run site inductions, toolbox meetings,



and daily safety inspections.

Maintain site diaries, construction programs, and regular progress reports. Act as the key site contact for clients, superintendents, and design consultants. Resolve site issues and delays quickly to protect project timelines and margins.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will have the following: Trade background Demonstrative experience as a Site Supervisor in the Tier 1 environment, or Site Manager in a Tier 2 or 3

Experience supervising large commercial sites up to $200m Excellent time management, communication and rapport with trades A hard working, willing attitude with a focus on driving standards
